These terms will remain in force and valid for as long as they are accessible through the website, all without prejudice to Eugenia Torres Marín’s right to modify, without prior notice, the general terms as well as any of the legal texts found on said website. 6. Affiliate programs

6.1. What is the affiliate program?

Eugenia Torres Marín makes available to those she deems appropriate an affiliate program whose sole purpose is the promotion and dissemination of the online course published on the Website in exchange for a commission for each sale made.

6.3. Affiliate commissions and payments

Commissions will be paid at the beginning of each month and accrue once the period during which the student may exercise their right to a refund of the purchase has elapsed.

7. Intellectual and industrial property

Eugenia Torres Marín, either directly or as an assignee, holds all intellectual and industrial property rights to her website, as well as to the elements contained therein (including, but not limited to, images, sound, audio, video, software, or text; trademarks or logos, color combinations, structure and design, selection of materials used, computer programs necessary for its operation, access, and use, etc.), whether owned by Eugenia Torres Marín or her licensors. 8. Right of withdrawal

The “Client” is not entitled to a right of withdrawal (refund) for a purchase made in the case of digital products.
It is important to note that, as established by law, upon consuming a digital product, the right of withdrawal is lost at the time of purchase, meaning you will not be able to request a refund.
However, an additional 15-day guarantee is offered in case you wish to request a refund, provided you have worked on the course and have not obtained results.

 

Mechanism for exercising the right of withdrawal

9. Disclaimer of liability

Eugenia Torres Marín cannot guarantee the technical continuity of the Website, the absence of failures or service interruptions, or that the Website will be available or accessible one hundred percent of the time, due to causes beyond the control of https://highworthlesbians.com/ or due to accidental causes and/or force majeure, viruses, cyberattacks, and/or actions by third parties that cause the total or partial impossibility of providing the services, as well as other unforeseeable causes such as the incorrect functioning of the internet.

11. Grounds for contract termination

The service contract may be dissolved at any time by either party.
You are not bound by any minimum term conditions with Eugenia Torres Marín if you are not satisfied with our service.
Eugenia Torres Marín may terminate or suspend any and all Services contracted with Eugenia Torres Marín immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you fail to comply with the terms set out herein.
Upon termination of the contract, your right to use the Services will cease immediately, with no refund of program costs.
The following shall be grounds for contract termination:
– Falsehood, in whole or in part, of the data provided during the contracting process for any service.
– Altering, circumventing, reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or in any way tampering with the security technology provided by Eugenia Torres Marín.
– Also, cases of abuse of support services by requesting more hours than those established in the contract.
– False and unfounded opinions intended to discredit the owner of the products or services purchased.
– Situations of harassment, abuse, or aggression that violate the personal space of the program’s organizers will be grounds for immediate expulsion from the program. This is understood to mean any invasive situation, through any means of communication or in person, that exceeds the professional relationship: therapist-client
– Failure to disclose mental illnesses the client may suffer from that could put the client, the therapy, the therapist, or the support at risk.
This program is not a substitute for psychological and/or psychiatric treatment
– Any breach of the terms set out herein.

12. Language

The language of these terms and of the website is Spanish (Spain).

 

13. Applicable law and jurisdiction

The relationship between Eugenia Torres Marín and the CLIENT shall be governed by current Spanish law, and any dispute shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Seville, unless applicable Law provides otherwise.
